Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

At 7 Web Solutions we design and develop our software using agile methodologies. This promotes organised, disciplined and adaptive project management with constant inspection and accountability. This ensures rapid delivery whilst working closely with you during development, ensuring any potential problems are caught and rectified early in the process. In short this means that we prefer to release in smaller increments frequently.

Once Requirements Analysis has been completed and we are all happy to proceed, we will start designing the system. We start by selecting the software architecture and choose the most suitable technologies for the system. This process will again involve closely working with you every step of the way to make sure that you are happy with progress after each step of the design process is completed. Once the design has been approved, we then begin actual lower level designs and implementing the system.
